Travel Teams

The fundamental premise of the Wizards Travel Softball Program is to provide opportunities for girls to improve their skills by playing at a higher level of competition.  We believe that every girl should receive the same opportunities and we strive to provide those opportunities whenever possible.

One of the ways we try to include many girls is to keep our fees as low as possible.  We don't include sweatshirts, tee shirts, helmets or equipment bags in our player's fees.  We don't feel that parents should have to pay for these items if they don't want them, however we do offer them to be purchased separately if they so desire.

We offer practices throughout the winter months for teams and individual players at our indoor practice facility in Holland, Ohio.  Check out the Wizard World page for more information on the indoor facility. We also hold monthly coaches meetings to assist our coaches in learning more about the coaching aspect of the game.  This "think tank" of softball coaches is proving to be a tremendous asset to many people in our organization.  We're extremely proud of the caliber of our Wizard coaches and the many years of knowledge and experience that they can share with our players and fellow coaches.  Many of our Wizard coaches have also become Certified Right View Pro Hitting Instructors with training by Leon Woods.  The proof is in the results of how many high schools now have Wizard coaches as their high school coach.  Below is the list of Wizard coaches and their high school.

Jeff Eisenbrandt--Head Coach, St. Ursula High School

Norman Kujawa Jr.--Asst. Coach, Notre Dame Academy

Mickey Moody--Head Coach, Dundee High School 2013 State Champions

Wendy Koch--Asst. Coach, Sylvania Northview High School
